I am a certified Jungian analyst practicing in New York's West Village, working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and the deeper questions of meaning, identity, and what it means to live more fully. My work is grounded in careful attention — to thought, feeling, dream, and the unconscious patterns that shape a life.

I am a certified Jungian analyst, and I bring my knowledge of psychodynamic therapy to help people deal with depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. My goal is to empower patients on the road to self-insight and self-discovery while giving voice to their everyday needs and concerns.
My area of expertise includes careful observation of thoughts, feelings, and unconscious motives — so that you can become aware and mindful of your reality and of any repeating patterns that keep bringing you pain and suffering.
I believe the psyche has its own intelligence, and that symptoms — however unwanted — are often the psyche's way of demanding attention to something that has been overlooked. My work is to help that conversation become conscious, at whatever pace and depth the person can bear and benefit from.
I work with adults across a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety and depression, life transitions, questions of identity and meaning, relationship difficulties, and the long-standing sense that something essential is missing — or has yet to be found.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change."

From my earliest encounters with Slavic literature and folklore, I was struck by the depth of myth, the richness of language, and the resilience of cultures that span centuries and borders. Studying these traditions has continually informed my therapeutic work — highlighting how collective narratives shape personal identity, grief, and meaning-making.
The same curiosity that drives my clinical practice fuels my scholarly interest in Slavic studies. To bridge the gap between academic scholarship and anyone eager to explore Slavic heritage, I launched SlavicStudies.com — a site curating reliable articles, translations, and multimedia resources on Slavic languages, history, and cultural arts.
By sharing this material, I hope to inspire the same sense of wonder that enriches my psychotherapy sessions, and to foster a deeper appreciation of the narratives that shape us all.
I am a member, faculty member, and officer in several leading psychoanalytic and Jungian organizations — contributing to the profession through ethics oversight, clinical training, and international collaboration.

The channel will be a space for anyone curious about the unconscious, whether they are considering analysis, already in it, or simply drawn to these ideas.

An initial consultation is a chance to talk about what brings you here, and to see whether this kind of work, and this particular relationship, feels right.
